Printing documents in the mobile.occ.gov environment is not much different than printing when you are using your home or work computer to print. Here are a few frequently asked questions and answers about printing to help you. For additional printing needs, please contact Get IT Help.

Which printers should I see?

If you have a printer at home that is already set up for the PC you’re using, it will be automatically recognized in the mobile desktop environment. Click "Print" from your application, and view the Printer dropdown menu to find out which printers have been detected.

What are my options if I don't have a printer?

You may wish to save the document as a PDF, or use the printer option of "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" -- an option (for those without printers) which allows you to save any type of windows file with a .xps extension so it can be viewed by others in the 'print format' that was intended for that document.
