The Application Store

Once you have logged in to Mobile.occ.gov, you can reach the applications by expanding on the folders under "Application Store."

Launching an Application:

  1. Login to Mobile.occ.gov.
  2. Expand folders to display available applications.
  3. Navigate to an application and click the icon to start the application.

To Customize Your View:

  1. Click the "Select View" button.


  2. Choose your preferred view from the following options:
    • Icons View
    • Details View
    • List View
    • Tree View
    • Groups View

Desktop Applications

There are several standard applications pre-installed on your virtual desktop. Common applications will be available on the desktop.

Initializing Microsoft Word 2010

Many of the Microsoft Office applications, including Word, will prompt you for verification upon first use. These alerts will only appear once.


  1. Your name and initials should be auto populated. Adjust the values as necessary.
  2. Click OK and Microsoft Word will launch.

Initializing Microsoft Outlook 2010

Microsoft Outlook will require some configuration settings before you can send emails.


  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook.

  3. Click "Next".

  4. Select "Yes" and click "Next".

  5. Back to Top ^

  6. Select "Email Account".
  7. Under "Email Address", type in your OCC email address firstname.lastname@occ.treas.gov Click "Next".



  8. Clicking "Finish" will launch your Microsoft Outlook 2010 account.

Initializing Adobe Acrobat X Pro

  1. Launching the application for the first time will prompt you to accept the Adobe Software License Agreement.



  2. Click "Accept" to use Adobe Acrobat normally.
